Great friendly staff! Incredibly clean store and the bagels were very very hot and fresh! I love the amount of cream cheese that comes with the 3 pack and the price is totally worth it for the quality and amount of food

Wow, this was a shocker, heard a lot of buzz but it did not live up to the hype. The three bagels minimum really does stink, we have four people and was forced to have to buy two extra ones. Smears were ok, seemed overbearing and they were out of a few at 7am on a Sunday. Bagels were just flavorless, Really no taste, the gem was supposed to be the smears but again- meh. Expensive as well, but being forced to buy extra product just because didn’t help. We went, tried it and will not be back, Long Island Bagels across the street has substantially better bagels, you can even buy one lol, novel thought, and the smears are delicious.

Wow. I had high expectations with all the hype. But here’s a pic of PopUp Bagels (the small ones) compared to Long Island Bagel across the street! Especially for the price of almost $50 for a dozen at PopUp and a bagel that has the consistency of a biscuit...and the music so loud I couldn’t hear the cashier - no thank you - we will not be back.

All the hype was warranted, let me just start there. My friend and I stopped by randomly today to try New York style bagels. I didn't know what that meant yet. The shop is tiny with a few high tables. The minimum order is 3 bagels. The shmears come in a container. We sat outside to enjoy the day and the bagels. DT, a super friendly staff guy, came by to ask how were were doing and even offered some free items, which was soooooo kind of him! Be shared some interesting information about bagels and stuff, and later wanted to know which bagels and shmears were out favorite. (FF: can't decide). As we laid out all the different bagels and shmears, we started to dig in and OMG 😱😱😱!!!!! I have never tasted more delicious bagels in my life! I'm not even exaggerating. All other bagels, even the good ones, are faint in comparison. Apparently, New York style bagels are supposed to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. That's exactly how they were! Moreover, they were chewy, which was perfect. The bagels were perfect. Oh, and the seeds on bagels were sooooo plentiful, not scanty as they are on other bagels elsewhere. The shmears were all amazing and delicious πŸ˜‹. They also have speci

First time trying them, came on opening day. No line, just before 7am, took our order to go. Fun vibes, very neat interior. Bought 2 plain, 1 everything, and 1 sesame seed bagel along with chive and plain cream cheese. No cinnamon raisin bagels :( so that knocked my rating from "loved it" to "liked it". Also while standing at the center register to order, it's hard to see the menu because it's on the wall to the left, and the pendant lights were blocking the view. It was relatively expensive, $28.08 not including the tip for the 4 bagels plus 2 cream cheeses we ordered. We didn't get anything else. I'm not sure if I'll go back. Maybe if I only order just for myself in the future.
